Rules and Regulations

Eligibility

• Open to students currently enrolled in a recognized academic institution.
• Teams must comprise of 5 members and bring at least one laptop for participation.
• Participants must present valid college ID cards for verification at the venue.

Registration & Participation

• Registration does not guarantee participation; all entries will be reviewed, and participation confirmations will be sent by February 4th, 2025.
• The decision of the organizing team regarding registration and participation is final.

Here’s what you need for free registration

• A solution document based on the theme.
• A 3-minute video introducing your team and solution.
• A team list with contact numbers

Event Rules

• Adherence to the event schedule and guidelines is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
• Participants must remain within the event premises throughout the hackathon unless authorized by the organizers.
• Participants must maintain professionalism and respect for others. Misconduct or harassment will result in immediate disqualification.
• Participants retain ownership, but organizers reserve the right to use the solution for marketing or demonstration purposes.

Logistics

• A Locker will be available for personal belongings, but the organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.

Safety & Liability

• The organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
• Participants must follow safety instructions provided at the venue.
